Stepping out for night two of the International Film Festival, Sandra Bullock attended the annual fest on Friday night (February 5). The “Blind Side” actress cooly walked the red carpet at the Arlington Theatre and later picked up the festival’s first big award of its 25th year, the American Riviera Award
