Making what looks to be the perfect couple, Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves attended the MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute to Neil Young in Los Angeles on Friday (January 29). Both dressed to the nines, the “Fools Gold” actor and his baby mama model girlfriend patiently made their way down the red carpet, stopping and posing for pictures along the way.
