He’s been working out his chemical dependency issues in a rehab facility as of late, and Charlie Sheen has announced he’ll return to the set of “Two and a Half Men” later this month. According to a report, the “Hot Shots” stud will complete his rehab stint, begun on February 23, and report for work on March 19th
